| Junior Glovers Easter Egg Hunt 2004
|
Each year as part of their membership the Junior Glovers get the chance to attend an event organised by the Green and White Supporters Club, where they have the opportunity of meeting the Yeovil Town players. In 2004 like the in previous years this took the shape of an Easter egg hunt. A great day out was had by all the junior Glovers (And the grown ups too!) where all concerned did a lot more than just hunt for chocolate eggs!

| The annual Junior Glovers Egg Hunt took place on Good Friday and over 120 children took part in the all day event at Huish Park. The event went well and, from the reports we have had back, it was a great success yet again. We would like to say a big thank you to the following people for their valued support and help with the event:

Andy Buse and his team, including Frances Peacey and Vicky for organising many of the games and activities.
Cadbury’s for their kind donation of Crème Eggs
Safeway for their generous discount on the Easter eggs.

| All the YTFC players who gave autographs and had their photos taken with the children. A special thank you must also go to Steve Thompson who stayed the entire day and gave us a rendition of Yeovil True (with the help of some Junior Glovers) on the karaoke.

Stuart Housley (and the wig) for providing the disco and karaoke and keeping the little ones entertained.
Rob and Alison and the kitchen and bar staff at YTFC for all their help with food and drink.

| Our volunteers who helped the day run smoothly including Rob, Shirley, Sara, Dave, Sarah, Linz, Heidi, Steve, Tracey and Nicky and the members of both GWSC committees.

And finally, a big thank you to all the children who came along and made the day a success. See you all again next year!
